I haven't had pop (soda) and I haven't had junk food since 1/5/15 and I gained 3 pounds, very frustrating to gain weight when you are trying to behave. I need to not be hungry. It is stress but that is my life so I am doing 2 protein shakes and a meal for this week to see if it helps my hunger. I was walking at work last week but my heel started hurting and went to the gym Saturday and it was worse, my husband said it is my Achilles. Geez, I wish I was I Dream of Jeannie and could wiggle my nose and lose 66 pounds. I feel like crap and I know it is all of the above. Ugh!!!!!

weighing in at 217, starting over, again, I'm in a biggest losers club for 8 weeks at work that ends 12/22, hope I can stay strong, sorry I haven't been here for my peeps, family drama, I need to learn to live without eating because of stress, happy Friday eve!
