Morning FS... Today will not be a lazy Sunday. I need to do some type of exercise today. My hubby has gone hunting with my nephew today. My nephew got a new shotgun for hunting for Christmas and they're going to try it out for the first time.

On the constipation topic I have finally found something that works. After a lot of research I found out that taking high levels of vitamin c can help constipation. You start out at 1000 mg and every hour take 1000 more. Once you go #2 this is your daily amount. My daily amount is 11,000 mg. This is a lot but it works. I also read that taking magnesium also helps. All the articles I've read said most people are deficient in magnesium anyway. I found a supplement of this I can take. Both of these things seem to be helping as I'm going everyday.... Which I must say is very awesome :)

On a different topic, I started taking cymbalta a few months ago because the doc said I was "stressed". I don't believe it.... I still have a lot of my same symptoms. I was doing some research on fatigue after eating because I've been having this issue especially after lunch. I have a suspicion it might be a food allergy. I go back for a follow up next week or the week after so I can ask the doctor.

I'm nearing my first weight loss goal of 199.. I gained a few pounds this past few weeks due to way too many cookies... Well today I'm starting my new years resolution early. The hubby and I are both starting today. We're going to stop eating all the cookies and junk and go back to eating how we were until we learn to cook healthier. This means microwave meals that are low calorie. I'm tired of microwave meals but it's working for us for now. Neither of us knows anything about cooking healthy stuff that tastes good. Time for research.

We're also going to start exercising a lot more. We got lazy the last few months. I'm ready to get my exercise bike. We have a little manual one that sits on the floor, one of the cheap ones from Walmart. The beginning of next year we're going to get one of the recumbent bikes. I'm so ready... I also want to start lifting weights again and doing my leslie sansone walking videos... I'm ready to be below 200 and at my goal weight. I'm doing messing around and feeling sorry for myself. These are not excuses...

Well FS.... I'm here still :) I've been very lazy lately. I keep forgetting to log my calories. The holidays have kept me busy. The medication I'm on is making me feel better, a lot better than I did feel. I'm starting to exercise again. I've been sore but I'm assuming that's because I didn't exercise for a long time. I'm ready to start running again but the christmas tree is currently blocking my treadmill :) I'll make due with doing other exercise.

I'm still constipated which I'll be asking my doctor about at my follow-up in January. I've been drinking more water and hardly any soda. I plan on cutting it out all together. I'm not getting very much caffeine. A little cup of decaf once a day is all I drink.. I'm taking stool softners which are not helping.. I've been taking fiber as well. I'm not sure what the issue is. I think I need to look into probiotics maybe.

Diet-wise I've been very bad this holiday season.. Too many cookies.. After the holidays I'm putting my nose back to the grindstone. No more cookies and junk, more veggies and fruit.
