It's National Egg Day!! Have lots of eggs today :) I'll be having eggs for dinner.... Along with some other stuff that's not to good for me like bacon and ham ;)

Lost a little bit considering I haven't been following my diet at all.... So that's awesome.... No complaints here. I'm going to get back on the wagon... No snacks after dinner tonight. I'm also going to do some kind of exercise when I get home. Weights, walking, bike or something...

I'm having a woe-is-me day... I've been feeling sorry for myself the last few weeks and I need to stop. I haven't been watching what I eat like I should be and I haven't been exercising. I need to get my shit together and get my head out of the clouds.... I need to refocus my diet and start exercising again...
I know one thing that needs to go is the junk and granola bars we have been eating. I eat too many of them... I need to find healthier lower calorie snacks like fruit. I'm depending on them too much. Also more veggies, fish and protein and less carbs.... I need to get it together and quit moping just because I have medical problems, that is not an excuse to be foolish.

I totally destroyed my diet this weekend.... I can't even remember a lot of what I ate. Cookies and chips... I haven't done that in a very long time. It was nice to eat something bad for me for a change. We quit eating like that in January. It was fun but not again for a long time.. It's time to start find recipes for healthy dinners. No more junk.
