By george, I've got it!!! I think I might have finally found out what's wrong with me.... After months and months of symptoms and not knowing what was wrong I think I figured it out. When I talked to my last doctor she said it was stress (yeah right). I thought it was something else, something major... Well after coming across an article and doing some research I think I have it figured out.. I think I have a dairy intolerance/allergy. My last dairy of any kind was Sunday night around 8:30.. Since that time my muscles have stopped hurting and I'm not fatigued anymore.. These were 2 of my biggest symptoms.. My thighs have been hurting no matter what I do, exercise or not, for months and months. Yesterday after lunch I noticed they weren't hurting anymore and they still don't hurt...

After all this freakin time it was a dairy allergy making me feel so awful? Why didn't those ignorant doctors suggest this?

I was going to start out by cutting out dairy and then moving to wheat/gluten if I didn't see relief.. So far it looks like dairy was the issue. What is weird is I don't really have any stomach issues like you see with dairy intolerance.. It's mostly the rest of my body. TMI but normally an intolerance or allergy to a food would give you diarrhea. I'm actually very constipated all the time. That's the only difference. It's only been about a day and a half so we'll see if I get better.

I'm starting my dairy free diet today.. It was hard finding things to eat. I didn't have much money to get anything until payday which is wednesday.. I can tell already I'll be eating a lot less since I won't have a lot of processed foods to eat. Lots of fruits and veggies for me :) It took twice as long as well since I had to read everything on the ingredient label that I picked up. It's amazing how many things milk or milk products are in..

I hope dairy is the issue and going dairy free will help me with my issues like acne, muscle soreness, fatigue and lots of other things.. We'll see. I'll do this for a while and see what happens. I'm just ready to not be tired and have sore muscles even though I didn't even workout. My muscles are sore like they would be a day or two after a hard workout and I'm not even working out. It hurts too much.

I'm also going to cut out soda.. I'm going to cut down slow. I've learned not to go to fast.

I'm recovered and back to eating healthy and exercising. It starts today. We were having a party yesterday so I decided not to follow my calories to close. I wanted to start fresh today with no worries. All the extra junk we had got sent home with family members that were here :) We didn't keep any of it.

I also heard bad news at work which I used as an excuse to eat this weekend. I'm a temp and I found out that I wasn't being hired on by the company permanently. It was me against another girl. I asked why. They told me it wasn't the work I was doing, when it came to that both her and I were the same. It came down to I had missed some days and she hadn't missed any. I'm trying not to be too upset over this. If I could go back I would still have to miss work. The days I called in sick I had the stomach flu.... bad.... I couldn't go into work.

I just keep thinking it came down to something I couldn't help or change even if I could.. I keep trying to tell myself this but it's not working.
