I'm feeling good about my healthy eating lifestyle I am adopting now. I guess it is a diet, but I know that I was to adopt more of this style in my every day life once I have lost the weight. Of course sometimes I will go out for dinner or have some pizza, etc., but in my everyday meals I can incorporate more things like veggies and lean proteins. I am starting the Blogilates 12-Week Challenge. What is really helpful about this diet/exercise plan is that it is all laid out. All of my meals are planned, all of my exercise is planned...this makes it easier for me to do because I have something solid and definite to follow. I start college in 35 days so I want to look as good as I can and feel as good about myself as i can in that time. I am also determined not to gain the freshman 15, but lose it, plus more. Since I have already lived in a college-like situation for the past two year, I know a bit of what to expect and I also have already gotten past that initial "I can eat, drink, do whatever I want now that I am free" phase, so hopefully I can really focus on what is important to me - being healthy, being in the best shape I can be, spending time with friends and succeeding in college (university).
Yesterday I didn't do so well, I binge ate on several quite sugary and unhealthy things, but now that I am starting Blogilates today, I am really going to force myself to stick with it (I feel sometimes I give up too easily).

So I got off track for a while, I was traveling, but now I am back home for the summer. I have a full time job which makes it very hard to go to the gym ,but I am trying to work out at home with different dance videos, youtube videos, Wii, etc. I also started following the blogilates meal plan. It basically cuts out most grains, dairy, salt and sugar and limits my fruit while maximizing my vegetables and lean proteins (tofu, tempeh, black beans - since I am a vegetarian). I am starting a new college in August and I want to feel good about myself and feel healthy so I am going to try and lose 5kg or about 10lbs in a month. I really want this...
