Having weighed in daily this week alone I have lost about 4 pounds and that is a good amount even if everyone says it is only water that is OK with me.
I am sticking very close to the low carb way of life, not trying to feel deprived in the process.
I will continue to weigh in daily and will record my weight in my calendar and will keep posting to my group too.
I like the group, they are all funny and very knowledgeable too. A change from a pessimistic attitude to be sure.

Really working hard to stick to the low carb and high protein way of life.
It is now a way of life not just another diet to be on till I lose the weight and then off to eat whatever I was eating that made me gain more weight than ever.
I am eating more vegetables and more meat, no bread, and very little else. I did eat some Greek yogurt last night with frozen strawberries in it, but that isn't a lot of carbs either.
I did buy us a lot of Atkins bars today.
Leonard is eating like I am eating and it so far isn't helping him, but I know as soon as he starts to do something, his weight will fly off of him, while I will be still struggling with mine.

I am learning to eat the Atkins way, low carbs, higher fat content and lose weight in the process.
I am going to do my very best to succeed in this like I never have before.
I have usually given up on a diet before losing all the weight I wanted to lose, but his time, I am going to go to the very end.
I am tired of feeling tired all the time, I am tired of feeling sore and hurting all the time. so this is my first day on Atkins and I am going to work hard to succeed here where I failed before.
I used to think of my eating as a diet, I now think of it as a life long commitment for me to survive in this world without getting old.
