Having weighed in daily this week alone I have lost about 4 pounds and that is a good amount even if everyone says it is only water that is OK with me. I am sticking very close to the low carb way of life, not trying to feel deprived in the process. I will continue to weigh in daily and will record my weight in my calendar and will keep posting to my group too. I like the group, they are all funny and very knowledgeable too. A change from a pessimistic attitude to be sure.
