I am a 22yr old College Student, who recently got engaged, all my life I have never weighed more than 120lbs. But being a student with a busy schedule, and a desk job, eating fast food three meals a day caught up with me before I knew it. Now I am trying to not just loose weight but make a complete lifestyle change so that I never get into this situation again. Thats why I have chosen not to do Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers.....I want to learn how to eat healty all the time.
