Just finished Les Mills PUMP and starting COMBAT.

This is my last week on Les Mill PUMP and I really stuck with the program. My whole body went through a great change. I forgot what it was like to stick to a good workout program. I just don't get that on my own. Les Mills was really fun and I really didn't mind taking the time to work out even though it was 8 or 9pm.

Now I have to tighten up my eating. I'm starting Les Mills COMBAT right after I finish PUMP. It's only a 60 day program instead of 90 days. Hopefully it doesn't get too hot because I think it is very aerobic.

I missed the week 2 weigh in, but I did fabulous all week. Haven't missed a workout. Surprised that I only lost a pound. I'm not too worried. I'm heading into week 4 of my commitment and sticking with it. Waiting to see if week 6 is magical like everyone says.

Had a great week for eating. I'm eating a giant salad for lunch with lots of vegetables and about 150 calories of protein. It's working really good for me right now so I'm sticking with the same menu this coming week, but I'm going to switch out eggs for garbanzo and kidney in my salad. Switching out yogurt and berries for two eggs as one of my snacks. I'm also switching out turkey for chicken and salmon for dinner to get a variety.
