Changing to P90X Nutrition Plan. On my 5th week of P90X and starting P90X2 right after. Perfect timing since the house isn't too hot! Trying out Shakeology. Just have to get through New Year's Day.

Through the holidays with some weight gain. Last week I only worked out twice because we had parties most nights. We're on our 5th week of P90X so that will help in the coming days. Might have survived with no weight gain, but started excercising again yesterday. Making some low calorie turkey soup today. Made the stock yesterday. Looking into Shakeology as my 11am snack since we eat lunch at 3p. Need to conquer my eating. Lost the 5 pounds by bringing my lunch. Probably have to do that again.

Have had the worst cold. Finally started P90X yesterday and hope my bad luck of sickness is over. Have worked out little in a few months and I can totally see the change in my body. Not good!

I had to take medicine last week that was making me feel bad, but I finally weighed in under my last weight. Yesterday we took the dog for one of those walks where you stop and do a challenge (like push ups, sit ups or pull ups) then also went to the gym where I did a comfortable pace on the Spinner. I also cooked some food to bring to work that I can count. Now I can work on getting to 128 for my next weigh in! Also, I couldn't take Alli with my medicine, so I'll start that this wheel, too.

I had to test the new glaze on the cinnamon scone, the first recipe ideas for the pumpkin scone and ginger bread. I just took little tastes and hope that it wasn't too much. Because I had to leave early today to take my son to his driving test, I didn't have time to eat lunch. After my son got his license, I got a small, low cal Jumba and a Subway sandwich. I think that still makes my day under 1200.
At least I'm really thinking about every bite. I'm going to make my lunch for tomorrow and at least do my push ups and sit ups.
