That jump was to be expected, I have only returned to eating normally yesterday. But on the bright side, I did three unassisted pull-ups yesterday :D I don't have a problem with most bodyweight exercises but pullups are hard....^^
Great meal during the cold season for people on a budget: tomato, kidney bean lentil stew (you can add in anything you like here: potatoes, carrots, zucchini etc.) with fresh herbs and some rice (add a small slice of cheese in between the rice and the stew for some delicions melted cheese flavor)

I have been binging almost every second day for two weeks now. The cold weather and darkness really has me struggling.... I hope I can fix this in another week or so :/

Okay, I have to get my diet back on track after this week of contest prep and huge caloric surplus. I got third place on the dutch open and definetely was the lightest contestant in my weightclass (+60kg). It was so much fun to fight and if I had been just a bit smarter in the semifinal, I know I could've gotten the gold medal. This pic is from the fight which I lost by one point, because after I got on her back, my opponent just defended her position and didn't move at all (and was too heavy for me to move or submit) and I was too stupid to just get off of her and let the referee tell her to stand up....

three people have asked me if I lost weight :) wouldn't have thought that those few pounds made a visible difference...

The weight is only so low because I spontaneously went out dancing and drinking on an empty stomach yesterday and probably sweated out a gallon of water :D It's been a while since I've had this much fun without my man around, so I'm really happy I went out after Training :)
