today I spent the whole day eating delicious taiwanese food, walking through Juifen and riding the bike along Keelung river. It was a perfect day :)

my depression has been very hard on me for the past 4/5 days and I've been treating myself with tons of food. A nice thing that I've noticed though, is that I still stop eating when I'm full :) on two occasions I bought tons of sweets and wanted to get lots of savoury food as well, but after finishing the sweets (quite a lot calorie but not volume wise) and starting to eat the savoury stuff, I realized I felt full and didn't want anymore :)) Might have gained some weight this week, but who cares, my mind is so much healthier when it comes to eating.

wohooo, taiwanese portion sizes and boba matcha lattes for the win!
as you can see, this weigh in is significantly lower that the lasr one, but that's just because of water retention last week.
