Spent a week with my team at the european IBJJF championship in Lisbon. Gained a lot of weight, but the experience was definetely worth it :)
In just three weeks I'll study abroad for a few months and am so looking forward to it.
(The weather here is nasty and I'm looking forward to a bit of heat abroad, which always makes me listen to my body more instead of my mind, which results in weight loss.)
I try not to worry about my weight too much an just eat as healthy as possible when I'm feeling hungry.

x-mas food and no sports, because I'm still not 100% healthy again are the reason for lack of progress... I feel terrible, I've had this cold for a month now :(

Hey there,
I've been doing martial arts for two and a half years now and it has become a passion of mine. It helps me through my depressed days and makes me stay active during the dark winter months, where I would usually just curl up in a ball and sleep and be miserable.

I guess a pound or so is just water weight but I definetely gained a bit. My boyfriend and binge eating timed their visits and I ended up overeating really really bad. To top it all up I got sick on Thursday and am still coughing and all snotty :( Guess I won't be able to work out for another two or three days at least ....
