Day 3, discouraged, gone over allotment every day. Going to try a new track today and just go with my first idea, write it as I go, trying to make a preplanned menu and leaving out things seems too hard. I know, small steps!

Home from a day with Kindergarten! Had Carnation breakfast essentials with 2 medium boiled eggs for breakfast. Took nuts and leftovers for lunch/snack but so busy didn't even stop to eat. Just lunching now so no snack today, good. Trying to stick to no bread today. Its hard!!

Watching fat, protien, and carbs, not calories. Would like to lose weight but dont want to freak out when I cant eat!

Not quite lunch time yet but decided to preplan my menu today. Guessed my weight earlier but just really weighed in, of course it more!! Okay, anyone know if its better to preplan or go on throughout the day and just list whatever you eat? Any help is appreciated!!
