I ate pork spareribs today, baked after being rubbed with a little bit of salt. They didn't taste bad per say, but they made me feel terrible. Part of it had to be the fat clinging onto the ribs - not so delicious after getting used to eating chicken breasts and fish. Or maybe it was the salt that made me feel bad. The ribs tasted pretty damn salty even though I rinsed extra salt off before baking it. The "tuna pancakes" I made this morning weren't too great either. The best thing I had the entire day was half an apple.

I hit my carb mark today:
less than 50 g; YAY!

I only ate 900 calories:
300 calories short; I'm going to feel like crap tomorrow morning.

I consumed too much salt and almost no calcium:
Crap...

I'm tired of the flavor-dense foods I had today so I'm going back to my normal hardboiled eggs, apples, cucumbers, tofu, and carrots.
