So hard to count calories when you go out to eat. My carb, sugar, and sodium intake must've spiked hard though. Feeling so thirsty because of the latter two.

It's my dad's birthday. Long story short, I pigged out today. To my credit, I knew I was going to pig out so I didn't eat lunch. My sister was nibbling candy for the 4 hours we sat at the movie theatre, so...I ended up eating a piece of pig skin, and three candies.
For dinner, I ate 9 roll pieces, 2 Lion King, 3 avocado+unagi+crab+teriyaki rolls, 4 hamachi rolls w/ spicy sauce. I also ate a small piece of teriyaki beef, some salad with strong dressing, a piece of tuna sashimi, and grilled carrots dipped in teriyaki sauce (the best part of the meal now that I think about it). We went afterwards for ice cream and I gave in to a couple of bites of some super sweet ice cream.
The candy I ate at the movie theatre comes to a sum of around 100 cal. Estimating 100 calories per roll piece, the rolls were around 900 cal and the rest of the stuff I ate (excluding ice cream) was probably around 300 cal. The ice cream, although it was only 2 bites, was probably 100-150 cal (must've been loaded with sugar..SO SWEET).
Result: I didn't pass my RMR ^^ although my RMR should be lower than average b.c. of slow metabolism.

Blacking out for a couple of seconds trying to stand up after waking up and sitting.This has been happening for 2/3 days. Probably not because of low carbs b.c. this hasn't happened the previous 2/3 weeks & my carb consumption isn't exactly low this week. It might have something to do with my major fluctuations in daily carb consumption this week or my liquid consumption or how I haven't met my calories quota. I haven't kept track of how much water I've drank this week, but I've been mostly staying up in my room, so I figure I haven't drank enough water. I'll see if it gets better as I start drinking more water. Going to check my blood pressure later.

This is so silly. I used to have a normal problem of eating over my calorie limit. Nowadays, I am having such a hard time eating enough calories to reach my 1,200 benchmark. This isn't because I DON'T feel hungry, but since I've cut a lot of carbs from my diet, food hasn't been particularly appetizing, and I don't feel like eating until I get really hungry. The other problem is that it's so hard to get up to 1200 calories without going over 50g of carbs & fat. This can't be very good for my metabolism.
