Since saturday i have lost 4 lbs. I am excited. That is the most weight i have ever lost on a diet lol. Its a great motivation. Now i am going to work harder to lose even more. My goal was to lose 2 lbs a week but 4 would be nice too lol

So im ade for for my lack of points @ dinner tonight lol. My mother in law paid us for watching madison so we went to mcdonalds. Ate more than planned but still less than usual~!! Should have went with that regular cheeseburger~!! Will bout me a larger mocha instead of a med. which did not help but i stil have points left so i did OK

Today it was nice outside and my husband stayed home from work because he just had his teeth pulled and was sick. So we walked down to the gasstation then played outside for awhile with Alessa. I havent been feeling so good so i have not ate much today. I weighted myself and it said that i lost 5 lbs since saturday. Idk though, i am going to wait until tomorrow morning and weigh myself again before i weigh in to make sure, since i did it in the middle of the day. Getting ready to go and meet my boss and people i will be helping out in my new job. Gonna be hard work but it will be more exercise and i will be helping alot of people. i am so excited. we will probably play outside alot tomroow if it is nice since my sister in law madison will be over again to stay the night.

We are watching my little sister in law today (5 yrs old) so my husbands grandma took all of us to the school she worked at and we played in the gym for an hour or so. Then we went to apple bees. I got something healthy for the 2 for $20 meal but i am so glad i did not eat it all. It was 29 points for the whole meal, i only ate half. I was still hungry but i didn't indulge myself. I went over my points by a few, but i still had some extra points left out of my 30. I still say today was successful, since I did extra exercise and avoided temptation.
