Lost 2 more pouinds! had two extra points today on some well spent grape juice~!! Mt dew has less points- but grape juice is healthier so i just went with it~!! Also went to the park and did a little bit of walking. I am oping to do better this week, but last week still went ok....

webt over on points again, and last night i used up the majority of my extra points. i need to watch it this week . i dont want to get off track. I was doing pretty good!

I know i am going to go over my pints tonight- pizza and jello shots. I think that the jello i am using has less cals and points than the one i used for my recipe but I will stick to those points to be sure. 6 points over leaves me with 22 extra points till next tuesday- which i do not plan on spending. I would have been ok if my husband did not surprise me with clams form long john silvers! I could not help but eating all 8 points of them~!!!!!!!!

went two points over today but today was a shitty day so i am surprised i did not go over by more than that. 28 extra points left for this week.
