I am 23 years old. I am married and I have a 4 1/2 year old daughter, and another about to turn 1. I am trying to lose about 50 pounds to start with. I have found it hard to stick to a diet, but i am trying out weight watchers. I am a college student, bipolar, have IBS,my family is all overweight, my mom and dad are both diabetic @ 30, and have to cook for my picky husband and my daughters. These are all things that affect my eating habits and my weight- directly or indirectly. I want to lose the weight to fit back into my old pants and so i can have less problems with my IBS and bipolar, and so i do not have to worry as much about becoming a diabetic.
