I have been holding steady at 12 carbs or less for about 2 weeks now net has been around 3-4. Been at 1500 calories and I still feel fine. 2/85/13 is what my percentages have been. Any input?

Anyone ever have problems not being able to enter their meals into their food journal? I cannot add any of my meals today. :(

Yay finally back in the 280's. Worked hard and stuck to my diet perfectly. The pounds and inches are melting away! I am really proud of myself right now. Only 49 pound left to reach my 1st major goal. Thanks for everyones support.

Yay the scale finally gave in to the inevitable! We are moving again. I have been at 2/81/17 this week to kick start my weight loss again. Having to success and the good feeling I have had this week... I could totally do 0 carbs. Feeling and looking great. I hope everyone has a great day.

Finally have my diet the way it needs to be for optimal ketosis. I havn't felt this great is along time. Thanks to everyone who post such motivational journals on here... sometimes you have no idea how your positivity can help someone without even realizing it. The scale has kinda stood still the last couple of days but I see crazy physical results and I feel great so the scale doesn't really worry me.
