Gaining weight!! Ugh! Not gonna beat myself up tho. I know what I have to do and I am going to do it.....EXERCISE MORE.....Eat Better!....I let myself slip this past week. It showed on the scale....I have to stop doing that. I just couldn't pass up homemade Mac N Cheese. I thought I ate reasonably good other than that....I tried to keep the calories down....Just get back to what I know works for me. I hope everyone else is doing well.

Okay so I came home tonight to a big pan of Mac N Cheese.....HOMEMADE! I should have just slathered it on my butt....but ate 2 big servings....Couldn't help it....been depriving myself of carbs...It was good! So I went for my walk afterwards and decided to run a little and ran farther then I thought I would. I hope everyone else is doing good.

This Morning!!!
After a short night of sleep....I wake up and am told that my tire was
going flat
( that's that bad news)My Sweetie told me I looked like I had lost some weight(that was the good news).....I can't wait to see what they say at WW today. I probably won't be as happy as I was last week. ***crossing my fingers****
I missed my Saturday meeting last week. I had to go to the 10 am Monday meeting.
Answers to that mystery await me.
