I am proud of myself for continuing and not giving up on my dream to loose this weight.

I didn't exercise last night and didn't exercise today YET! Not feeling so well. Maybe I was just way to tired last night but I will get it done tonight and will double up on what I usually do....see if I can make up for what I didn't do!

I think I tried to give up on life. I am now wanting to live life! I ate and ate and ate. Nothing ever satisfied my appetite so I kept eating.....I tried to eat my way through my anger, through my fear. NO MORE! I am going to walk my way through that door and make this a positive change in my life. When I get angry I will walk! If I am hungry will eat better food choices. Fish, Veggies! Slack up on the carbs. This is my VOW to me!

It is now 11 pm and I am just getting my exercise in for the day! Gotta run and get this done....I love the way it makes me feel to not make excuses for not doing my exercise....like it is to late to go walking, or I am to tired to do it....I just don't make excuses any more. It felt really good this week to have lost 4.8lbs and I wasn't even expecting to loose that much....but that is what happens when you track and do your exercise....Love all of you very much and especially those of you that continue to encourage me!
