I am still on track with my 1st week. Walking more then I did last week. I need to make an effort to make my self walk longer. Sometimes it is hard to get that walk in like I want too. But I am going to continue to do this. I did put a few sprints in to the walk tonight.....I just gotta keep it moving!

Went for my walk after work....my legs are killing me. I did 50 squats so that may have something to do with my legs hurting.

I am feeling pretty good today.....I tried to eat healthier options instead of junk. I am full and happy. I walked 45 minutes today....it was a slow pace. I did however walk around the track 6 times. I have obstacles that will pop up but I will OVERCOME them. Good things come to those who do the leg work so lets get moving!

It is 4:48 am and I feel so angry. I haven't eaten yet. I don't think I got a restful night of sleep. I tossed and turned and up and down. I know that I have to change some things in my life and all that will be coming soon.....It just takes patience and planning.
