2013 is my year to reach my goal weight. I use to be 400lbs. Now i am 246lbs. My goal is 175 lbs. I am taking one day at a time. I have come a long way baby. So everybody let's do it together. And become healthy so we can live a longer live. We owe to ourselves and family. We have to lead by example. So good luck on reaching your goals. Ms Zeno
