performance: gaining 1.7 lb a week

I was 400 lbs. April 2007 I had the gastric bypass. Now my weight was at a stand still 260 lbs. I went on atkins 7 days ago and have loss 5 lbs. I am 255lbs now. I am a blues artist and looking forward to losing to reaching my goal weight in 2012. And i feel joining this site along with the atkins site will help me.

Water Bottle at Work
My trick drinking my 64 oz daily which is truely flushing fat. At Walmart I purchased Leslie Sansone walk at home..I do between 3 to 5 miles. But I had to build up to this. My could barely do 1 mile at 1st. I have a 64 ounce juice jug I put my water in..while I do my morning walking dvd, I drink 32 oz. Cause my body crave water during that time. But be ready to urinate. In the evening. I either do the dvd again or go to the gym. I drink the last 32 oz...but remember I started my 1st week doing 1 mile in the morning. And 1 mile in the evening. Exercise, water, and portions is the key to weight loss. I use to be 400 lbs. Now I am 248.,my website www.mszeno.com you can contact me anytime.
