I am in relatively good health. Retired last year and am turning 65 next month. I have enjoyed trying my hand at new things this last year ( painting, sewing, thrifting and dabbling in crafts). Have also learned the joys of working in the yard and establishing a garden, and preserving the fruits of our labor. Love Pinterest. I work with a trainer on weight and strength training and Pilates, kayak occasionally, walk on the treadmill. Just can't seem to lose the belly fat.
