Ok today was actually a good day. I have been staying away from eating out. I am proud of myself. I did not exercise yesterday, but today we took my son to play mini golf. It was so hot. I wish I could sweat the pounds away by standing outside, but no such uck. I just wish I knew how to log that as exercise.

I can't believe I am about to write this, but hopefully if someone reads this they might be able to help me. I noticed that my side is in pain again. It happens once a month if you know what I mean. I know it has to do with my cyst, but I quit taking my birth control so this is something I have to deal with. However, I wonder how much this aids in my weight gain at times. It just kills when I have this happen. It is beyond a cramp. I guess I need to just go back to the doctor, but I hate not feeling well. Being a women.

I really don't feel liking eating this morning, but know I need to eat breakfast to make it through the day. I had cheerios and almond milk. I actually measured out a cup of cheerios and a cup of milk. That way I was getting the exact serving. I just love cheerios.
My leg hurts from the short burn I had from walking yesterday. I am going to go to Academy to get some bike shorts to wear under my shorts.

I was able to buy some biker shorts to help with the rubbing of the legs. I also got a new workout shorts and shirt. The best part they were on clearance.

I went walking tonight and could feel it in my calves. I did the 2.1 miles. So I did it, but I think three days of walking is good. Tomorrow I will take a break from walking and have a great time with my family. We are taking my son to the water park, so I will get a little exercise, but not sure how to classify that tomorrow in my exercise journal.

Today has actually been a great day. I had breakfast which consisted of one large egg, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon. I was not sure if that would hold me over, but it did till lunch. For lunch I had leftovers from the other night pork chop and cauliflower. I had a snack of string cheese. I drank many glasses of water.
I did buy some knock off shapers. They are the Payless brand. I did walk 2.1 miles today. It was great. I was a little worried about it but I felt it. I wonder how it will effect my butt and thighs. I hope for the good. I decided to run the last minute. I was afraid to do this since my left knee seems to pop at times. However it went well.
I am sitting here debating on eating a sugar free cupcake with sugar free frosting. I think I will only eat half.

Something that I have noticed is that I am sleeping better and getting tired earlier than what I have been in the summer. I am hoping that when I start back to work, that I will have a walking partner with me for my lunch. I think that is 20 minutes of walking possible. I might have to do that afterwork.

Today has been good so far. I had some oatmeal and water. I ended up walking 2.1 miles today for 45 minutes. I am very proud of myself. It was extremely hot outside for 8:45 in the morning, but well worth it. I have Zumba tonight so I will really get my exercise in today. I hope I can walk tomorrow night but I will try to do the exercise on Fit TV since I am dvring it. More to come today....

Well my lunch was not great. I got something that I thought was grilled but it was fried. Not happy about that choice. I did go to Zumba, and worked my butt off. I hope to see some results soon.

I am noticing that today I was super hungry when I got home. Does working out make you hungrier. I hope not. I think I did fairly well. I am drinking water like it is going out of style. I am proud of myself of that.
