Well today I had a healthy breakfast. One scrambled egg, 2 turkey links. The egss had a teaspoon of cheese and diced tomoatoes. I love tomoatoes. I am meeting a friend today at the mall to take the kids to Build a Bear. She wants to eat at the food court. I am not sure how that is going to workout for me, but hopefully well. I will walk the mall and see how that works out for working out a little. I need to up my exercise.
I am going to look into buying vitamins today. I will head to GNC to see if I can find some for myself to take. I need to take a vitamin. However, I am not sure if that will add a little weight.

First day of a trial run of work. I did well with breakfast. Lunch I went out with some teacher friends. I had a spinach enchilada.It was so good. Then for dinner turkey meatballs with wheat pasta. It was very good.
I did Zumba tonight and worked my butt off. I am going to do my challenge tonight for crunches. I did crunches last night and felt my tummy today. I am going to do some other exercises tonight.

I lost another pound. I am not sure why I am not losing weight like I want. I am not sure if this is normal. I was hoping to lose two pounds this week. I think I will start looking at my fat and bringing that down during the week. I need to make mini goals for myself. I am making meals off the website. I am not over eating. I am working on cutting out a late snack. Even when I do have a snack it low in calories.
I am having a good day still. I didn't get to walk, because it started to pour. If it weren't so hot I would of walked earlier. I will have to figure out what to do on days like this.
I will do my 25 crunches since I am in a new challenge. I am not sure where I will put this on the exercise entry, but I will figure out something.
