New weigh in after a few years. 193 lbs. I am back up to my old weight. My goal for the spring/summer is 20 lbs or 173 lbs. We shall see!

Recently moved, so I've been way off my eating plan. But, after a few weeks eating out too much, I pulled myself back into my routine. I've been back on track, morning walks and swimming. Today, I bravely stepped on the scale and was down two pounds. Yeah! Happy dance.

Losing, slowly but surely. What is working is rising early for walking workout, 5 to 6 days each week. Also keeping track of what I am eating and drinking lots of water. What is not working, occasionally straying from eating correctly.
