41 year old female from Liverpool. My job is a PA so spend a lot of time sitting at my desk. Weighed 87k in mid-April attained by first target of 73k today weighing in at 72.2k (05/08/2014). BMI now just over 25 from over 30.

My new target is now 70k and I my nurse has advised me aim for 65k-70k. Hit 69.8 on 04/09/2014 and today (02/10/2014) I weight 68.1 and have now hit 3 stone weight loss. Happy to maintain but still losing as still doing two fasts a week but now eating around 600-700 cals on those days rather than the 500. More relaxed on non-fast days. Feel fantastic doing a lot of exercise and have loads of energy and my diet is superb and very healthy have a Friday where i eat where i want and maybe go for lunch or dinner with a friend.

Been following the 5:2 diet. Also taken around 1 months worth of Orlistat. Stopped Orlistat early September. Vegetarian.
Exercise - heavy weight training 2-3 times per week, boxing, Voga and walking, targeted resistance training for specific areas and yoga at home (from Youtube).
