Found some nice FREE full workout videos online at www.fitnessblender.com.
I plan on using them. I need variety in my workouts or I get bored really easily.

Not sure if this is good or bad, because EA Active does not explain the results.
I took a heart rate recovery test. Average HR was 119, and recovery time was 1:24 minutes.

Tried logging food on another website, and kind of a disaster! It is as I suspected, with Carbs way too high. Not good!
I am taking a break from my Ezekiel sprouted bread, as my tummy has been rebelling since last night. So I guess when I try it again, I will have to limit it to a small amount 2-3 times a week and see how that goes. Drat!
