Bought a rebounder (mini trampoline) from Sports Authority yesterday. Thought I could do a beginner workout-nope! Workout was 20 min-I lasted almost 5. LOL So just did another 5 minutes of gentle bouncing.
My main desired use for the rebounder is to be able to walk in place without my knees screaming at me.

Helped son's family move today, so guess I got some extra exercise-ha!
Tomorrow is one of my rest days, and my body is sooo ready!
