I think I did too much yesterday, and my right knee is letting me know. So guess it's a rest day for me. I will try to achieve my Vivofit step goal, though. Drat!

Started the HASFit 30 Day Low Impact Beginner Workout Program today. I also plan on doing a walk later today to get all my steps in for the day.
Not sure if I will do the HASFit 5 days/week-debating whether I should alternate with another fitness program.

Quite the morning here! My little doggie was attacked by a coyote in our back yard. Yep, coyote jumped right over the wall! :-(
He is ok, though, but will not be allowed to go outside without someone anymore.

Got all ready to take a walk around the neighborhood, but when I stepped out the door, it was raining. Guess it's another virtual walk for me today. Way too hot later in the day and until after dark. Not too keen on walking in the dark!
Trying to add in a little strength training, along with my cardio. I am not too far from my goal weight, but alas, the belly flab is still here. Bah!
