I totally understand ur frustration! BUT hang in there! I only started losing Serious weight after the 4 week, I have in total lost 25kgs (55pounds) with Atkins.Don't now continue to cheat coz you have broken induction, get right back onto ur eating plan and maybe do some physical activities this week to make up for ur cheat day
you will get there, I agree with what was said by all who responded. Don't set unrealistic goals, think back at how long it took to pick up the weight, u can't expect to lose it QUICKLY. Set small achievable goals and if u lose more then
