Well I have been overweight since childhood, no matter how hard I tried over the years I was never able to lose the weight. I finally realized at my highest weight that I NEEDED to do something, so last year I started walking everyday during the summer. I lost some weight but put it back on during Christmas. So in Jan. I decided I was going to do this, and stick with it. I lost 20lbs. in the first month, and I am hoping to continue to lose weight until I reach my 165lb. goal.
