ARRRGGHH
I'm new to this site.
I weighed in on Sunday (144lbs)...but wanted to start the diet 3/17. I went to try to change the date, and must have posted, which now makes my weight look the same and having another weigh in today.
Should I STILL weigh in tomorrow and record that (I'm down at least a pound of water weight at least) or just wait until the following Thursday? Thursdays will be my weigh in day for when I do decide to PAY to go back to WW.
Thanks for your help!

In the scheme of things, does all this REALLY matter? LOL Sbutler, I notice you are 3lbs from goal. Great job! Smile
Owen, thanks again for the helpful links and "food for thought", pun intended.
Let's just have fun, and get to our goals, no matter what we think to be true, not true...etc. If it works, who cares?

Exercise Calories
Wow, that was kind of a mean comment? I think Owen is just trying to help. I found the information very helpful. When I used to go to Weight Watchers meetings, they also talk about "Starvation Mode", but they put it more scientifically. I did notice that when I ate under my points, I would not lose for that WEEK...and if I skipped breakfast that didn't work either. However, eating small amounts throughout the day, keeping the metabolism going helped. With THAT said...if one were to not eat 1200 calories over SEVERAL weeks, then yeah...one would definitely lose weight, but not in a healthy way. Now, I need to stop doling out the advice and stick to it myself...because yes, I have become lazy after having my baby! Hope to be at goal by August. Smile PS...good question Jeeper, I learned a lot on this thread and am still learning!
