So it's been a week and 1 day now, running 11km/hr, 3km for 15 minutes every day at 5 o'clock. I'm finding it easier every day and I'm addicted! I'm really enjoying it even though it hurts so very much. But I feel high, I've put on 2 kg in muscle and I've toned a HUGE amount. I'm eating VERY healthy and I feel great.
Running and eating healthy cures depression. I bet my life on it!
