Should I eat more during Examinations?
So, for the next week I'll be stuck at my desk both at school and at home studying and attempting to write as much as possible to ensure the 'success' of my 'future'.

My Dad has (today was first exam) been, and will continue to cook my breakfast every morning for the next 3 days, this includes 3 eggs, butter and milk (scrambled, unsalted butter). He says "It's brain food, you need the energy and your brain is made of fat (lipids)".
Is this okay for exams? I still continue to run every late afternoon at 5 and for the rest of the day I eat healthy (besides snacking on dark chocolate hehe)

Thanks.

Is 2400 calories per day too much?
Thanks guys, that really helps. I'd love to try eating purely organics but, I'm a student, which speaks for itself. I don't know WHERE I can get organic food (within Perth) also.

I'm not looking to 'lose weight', I'm looking for a heathy alternative, a healthy lifestyle, energy, fitness and toning. I also would like to maintain a healthy weight, my fitness and energy as I age.

I'm told that as I grow older my body won't crave as much energy. "You're still young and your body needs energy" is what everybody tells me. I see people on 'fatsecret' that eat 500- 1200 calories on average PER DAY. HOW! I would faint.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I usually do my runs at about 5pm after lectures. But I hope to run in the mornings too. I used to, it really wakes you up!

Is 2400 calories per day too much?
I am 17 years of age, 162 cm tall and 56kg. I run 3km per day (up hill) at approximately 12km/ph in 14 minutes. I eat/drink nothing BUT healthy food; fruits, vegetables, nuts, fibre cereals, black tea with milk, water, meat.. . Question
