DOCTOR'S SCALE APPARENTLY IS MORE ACCURATE. HER'S SAID 227 LBS., - 5 LBS., SHE TAKES OFF FOR CLOTHES, SHOES, BOWELS THAT HAVEN'T EMPTIED YET IN THE A.M. AND, SAID TO ALWAYS WEIGH IN SOON AS YOU GET UP BEFORE EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING - EVERY DAY. YES! LOST 10 LBS.! :-)

I DON'T WEIGH IN OFTEN BECAUSE IT DISCOURAGES ME. RATHER I GO BY HOW I LOOK - DO I LOOK LIKE I LOST SOME WEIGHT?...STOMACH NOT STICKING OUT AS MUCH? SIZE OF CLOTHES SAME, EVEN THOUGH MY STOMACH IS BLOATED AS MUCH-BULGING.
HMMM?

I have not put in any Food Entries nor Exercise since my last meeting with my Dietitian two weeks ago this Monday, 3-10-14, with the exception of yesterday (Friday), today and tomorrow. Hopefuflly I will be able to make it to this week's Class - for Proteins and Fats. Then I am FASTING for 6-weeks. Only eating fish and some poultry, dairy (milk, yogurt, low fat cheese sticks) frozen vegetables, fruit, and limited amounts of bread...drinking tea with honey, lemon, and water only. -This Fasting is for Spiritual reasons.- But I'm pretty certain will also help my weight loss goals too. ;-)

I need a portion control list of foods I eat that will tell me not only the calories, but also the protein, fat, carbs, sugar levels to watch out for and limit to as much as possible.

gaining 0.8 lb a week

I have actually been doing pretty good with what I eat the last few days - but 2 days of late night snacks had to be over board on my daily calories goal. I have to remember to enter my food intake data for the day - get it to be a 'daily' routine, but I get distracted and forget. Especially since I am looking for work, cooking and cleaning for family, and raising and schooling a 7 year old. I'm also surprised at how much calories/carbs eating fish (salmon) is! I thought it was the good food for you, to eat it 3-5 times a week.
