How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every day. that way I have the full history. I make sure the timing is consistent - first thing after I wake up, so I am comparing apples to apples every day. I'm used to having my weight fluctuate a few pounds from day to day just based on hydration etc so I look for the overall trend in the numbers.
