lowest I have ever recorded I believe. I will say lchf was much easier than the low fat calorie counting diet. I basically have not counted any calories for a good bit.

sticking to the diet. got through Halloween with little issue. now I'm bracing for the start of the marathon of office holiday junk that will start soon

well I made it under 230. I was at 230 before but it took many months of p90x and strict diet that time. this time it took some work but I'll say it's been much easier with VLC/keto approach.
I'd say so far I'd encourage most people to try it, but do what works for you.
