so I think the changes in routine made it hard to stay on track over the last year. at first I made it a goal to do more at home outside and if was ok but then the cold weather came and I stopped moving and got board and ate. so now it's time to reset.

stress eating and pandemic taking toll. need monitor things for abit more tightly. I got to remember what gets measured gets improved.

had some issues with quarantine and moving less and having access to more snack than at work. so now I'm back count my calories for a bit to right the ship. all and all cant complain almost a year on this vlchf or keto diet and not really having huge backslides
