Hi! Just like everyone else I am trying to improve my life and get healthy!
I have always had extra weight on me ever since elementary school and although I was never satified with how I looked, I worked around it. Now that I am getting older I am finally tired of the way I feel and think everyone sees me. It's all about to change.
I am changing my life around because I want to be a flight attendant. They don't exactly have "weight requirements" but I have seen some applications say that you need to be able to easily move and squat in the aisle of the plane and I am pretty sure no one wants my big 'ol booty in their face or knocking down their drinks.
I am starting at 270lbs and want to get down to 200lbs. That's just a starting goal. After that I want to continue taking off the pounds until I feel comfortable enough to maneuver in the plane.
Step 1: Cut out all of the junk food, eating out, soda, and ketchup.
Step 2: Drink water and not sugary drinks, enjoy crystal light.
Step 3: Meausure food portions and reading labels of food items.
Step 4: Keep track of all the food I have eaten/about to eat.
Step 5: Exercise (slowly but surely).
Step 6: Become a Flight Attendant.
Step 7: High five myself.
