I am a single mother of 2, i work full time have always been fairly active and never been over weight until i started this job about 2 ago!
I don't get alot of time to exercise so i've decided to start walking for half of my lunch break, surely it's gotta be better than nothing.
I can't say i've been to serious about loosing my excess weight until now as i ran around for not even 5 minutes with my daughters lastnight and was so out of breath and could barely breath, so that's it....
Feel free to drop me a line if you'd like to chat, it's always better to have someone with you when doing these things and unfortunately i don't have anyone here to help me.
