OK, because I have trouble exercising, I have to, have to, have to cut down on the food. I can exercise and I will be. But I'm doing a lot of rehab-type stuff. My shoulders give me trouble and my heels give me trouble, even on mild stuff like walking on a treadmill. It's hades getting old! So while I do what I can, I have to cut down on the food. It's that simple.
I'm looking at at least three workout sessions a week. I'll try for 20-30 minutes fat-burn on a bicycle (the best I can seem to tolerate), and the shoulder rehab exercises along with stretches and other exercises I can do fine. I really should concentrate on core/abdomen stuff. That's not giving me real pain, just sulky stuff, you know.

Weird, weird. I cheated yesterday a lot, and this morning I was down to 217.4. Well, back on the wagon!

Ugh. I promise I'm eating right! I started walking, so maybe I need a little more, or I'm building muscle? NOT GIVING UP.
