I have been trying to lose weight for years. It really kicked in this year that I have to do it. I don't have a problem eating healthy, it is my portion control! I am ALWAYS hungry. If I feel full I am ready to eat again in 20 minutes.
I was in shape in my 30's as I was an infantryman in the Army but when I got out I went to the VA and they prescribed pills that aided in weight gain. Food is my outlet for everything and it is a hole that I keep trying to fill (there is a fat joke in there).
