I have been a yoyo dieter for years. I usually reach my goal, but I have a hard time maintaining it. When I set my mind to something, I am committed! I need and want to lose this weight. I love to work out, I just need to get motivated again.
I want to get my weight under control before I turn 50! That is my personal goal! I am ready for a new life and attitude!
