I am a 26 year old married female with 3 beautiful children. ALthough they are gods gift to me they are also my bodies' worst enemy! I now weigh exactly what i did at the time i gave birth to my first baby and that is DEPRESSING! I started out losing 13 lbs on my own and then hit a plateau. So, I joined La Weightloss last summer and loss another 27 lbs in just 8 weeks! For a grand total of 40 lbs. WOW right?! Then i kept it off unitl January of 2008 and now here i sit with every single pound riding back on my hips!!!! How did i let this happen? Well, here i am determined to get it all back off but not determined to fork out the big moola to rejoin, so i figure since i know that plan for my weightloss goal and i can get all the supplies from e-bay i am just ready to get going and maybe find a friend or 2 to share the journey!

Luna Bar Successes??
I am typing this with the risk of upsetting some people iknow, but i kinda disagree with the earlier posts. I did LA weightloss last summer and lost a lot of weight with the bars and all. I gained it back only through laziness and restarted the plan on my own May 16th. I did not go rejoin the center, i just buy ny bars off e-bay and craigslist (la Weigh Loss Bars) and they really really work for me. I do the 2 protein, 2 starches, 3 fruits, 3 vegies, 1 fat, 1 dairy, 2 bars, and 64oz water program. i have now lost 21 lbs in 4 weeks. The only other thing i have incorporated the omega trim. I am definately not a councelor, but i am a true believer in the plan.....the whole plan.

Feel great challenge-WEEK 1
So, I have really been struggling with this challenge......and it's only week one!!! I know what my goals are in my head, but putting them down on paper is really heart wrenching for me. I didn't put it all into perspective until i was challenged to do so. But here goes.

Goals NOW------
1. Exercise 1 hour everyday.
2. Stick to my 2 starches, 2 proteins, 3 fruits, 3 vegetable, 1 dairy, 1 fat and 2 Lites meal plan.
3. Drink at least 64 oz of water everyday.
4. Reduce my sodium intake.
5. Lose 3 lbs a week.
6. Not let the scale determine my mood for the day.
7. Remember to take my omegatrim Morning and night!


Goals SHORT TERM------
1. Flatten my stomach and love handles.
2. Have fun with my weightloss by buying the new Wii Fit and using it!
3. Reduce my BMI.
4. Find a blalnce between my time to exercise and time spent with my babies (I am home during the day and work at night.)


Goals LONG TERM------
1. Not to use food as comfort.
2. Be comfortable in a swimsuit.
3. TO PLAY WITH MY CHILDREN UNHINDERED!
4. Lose 33 lbs by August (24 more to go)
5. To feel as beautiful as my husbands tries to tell me I am.
6. To walk in a room without feeling like everyone is judging me on my weight.
7. To be intimate with my husband without knowing my body must be a COMPLETE turn off for him.

and finally

8. To one day be able to look in the mirror and appreciate what is looking back at me instead of wishing, hoping, praying that it was something else.


These are my goals, the raw uncut version of what i want to accomplish!

FEEL GREAT AND LOSE WEIGHT IN EIGHT PRECHALLENGE

Hi I am Jessi-girl. I have been married for 9 years (in june) and we have 3 beautiful children. Reed (8yrs), Zoe (4) and Jaden (2). I lost a total of 40 lbs last summer with 27 of them being from LA Weightloss. I kept the weight off for 6 months after my last weigh in and then just stopped exercising and eating right in JAnuary and gained all 27 back plus 1. I want to feel like i did last summer when i had enough energy to keep up with my babies and not be out of breath! I am so excited aboutgetting the weight back off! I actually started last Friday the 16th and weighed in at 178. I am no down to 170. I have 25 lbs to go and hopefully more after that. I can't wait for my wonderful husband to see my new body! He is my world and i am doing this just as much for him as for me.

My buddy for this challenge is phoenixsm. He also happens to be stmueller's husband!

My diet is La Weightloss. I can have 2 proteins, 2 starches, 1 fat, 3 fruits, 3 vegetables, 1 dairy, 2 La Lites, 8 glasses of water, and morton's lite salt.

My exercise plan is: 30 biking moderate in the morning, 15 minutes of crunches (front and side), and then 20 minutes biking fast in the afternoon.

I am excited about this challenge!!! Lets all have fun with it!
