I am 29 years old. Have two beautiful children and a wonderful supportive husband. So far so good been doing this since Nov of 2009 I lost track but was able to get back following my calories.
Now in 2012 I have gain all my weight back but I can do this again. Lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Feels great!!

Doing great
Still going strong, I can not wait to weigh in. Hope I am not disappointed. I have been making egg white omlets with oscar mayer smoked turkey, 3 slices are only 40 cals with spinach. They are very yummy and under 200 cals. Anyone have any other ideas please share Smile

One week
One week down and I am doing great. I forgot how much energy your body gets when you eat right and less. Another start to a great adventure! I am going to wait 2 more weeks to weigh in, the anticipation of waiting will keep me going. I feel amazing.Wink

I'm back
So I am back from a long over due break from fatsecret. I gained ten pounds back from the 65 I lost and I don't want to get to out of hand, summer is well on its way and today I am starting over Smile I need all the support I can getVery Happy

Getting back on track
I really need to get back on track and I think what I should do is just set a goal weight and hit it before 2011 Halloween candy laying around does not help Sad
