I am finding it very useful!
I keeps you from snacking b/c you have to enter all your foods.
There is a lot of support.

@Kountry, I have used this site pretty much every day since last May & I have a whole new life now. Of course, I had to do the work, but this site provided some great tools to help me keep track of my progress & I have found them extremely useful. Also, having access to others at various points in their weight loss helps me stay focused & if I ever want to learn anything about a nutrition- or fitness-related topic, I know I can find someone here to point me in the right direction.
It is what you make of it...I am grateful to be able to document my journey here. This is mostly for my own benefit to measure my progress, but I have been pleasantly surprised to hear from several other members that they've found my experience inspiring or helpful in some way. That is definitely a confidence booster for me, & helps keep me motivated to keep working at it. I'd say that's useful too.
